Watch till the end! 👀💪

RECAP compilation reel from the Single-Handed Thomas Inch Dumbbell Challenge at MIFE this past Saturday!

Over 175+ people stepped up to test their grip strength against the legendary 172lb Thomas Inch dumbbell featuring a massive 2.38-inch thick handle… and only ONE person conquered it. 🔥

Huge shoutout to for being the sole winner and taking home the cash prize, proving it can be done, and somehow making it look almost too easy! 👏🏽🏆

Tag yourself or someone you recognize in the comments!

Big thank you to and the entire Fitlife Productions team for always putting together an incredible event.

And thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and took on the challenge!
