Today at the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando trade show, we had an absolute blast at the Utility Ranger booth. 🚀

It was so much fun meeting so many Multifamily Pros, sharing what we’re building, and having real conversations about how owners and property managers can finally bill residents for their portion of utilities without all the usual friction.

But my favorite part? Getting to do this with Mark.

He was the inspiration behind Utility Ranger from the very beginning. What started as conversations around the real challenges owners face turned into a company with a mission I care so deeply about. Having him by my side today, cheering me on and supporting me with so much love, means more than I can put into words.

Building a business is one thing. Building it with the support of someone who believes in you fully is something really special. 💛

Grateful for the people we met, the conversations we had, and the reminder that this whole journey is a lot more fun when you get to share it with someone you love.
