New development: Wharf Riverside

The $185 million dollar expansion of Wharf Riverside will be built on the current site of the Wharf Miami. The river front development will be around 200,000 square feet rising 10 stories high.

It is said to be “a destination for entertainment unlike anything Miami has ever seen.”

Construction will begin in 2022 and concluded in 2025 and will include: -Dream Miami luxury hotel with 165 keys
