It’s been an eventful year at the 37 House. Firefighters across all 3 shifts, along with several others across the county, are being recognized for acts of heroism from 2018/2019. Congrats to everyone receiving awards today.

We are praying for one of our own brothers that was badly injured today while on a call.

All 3 shifts on both Engine Co. 37 and Rescue Co. 37 were given recognition for saving the lives of 2 different children under some very dire circumstances. Some crew members were even awarded the title of Firefighter of the year 2019. It is humbling to protect the citizens and serve on the front lines of West Bird.

Engine Co. 37 was at it again on Sunday. It’s been a very busy week fighting fire.
