Sometimes you just need to step outside, move your body, and soak up that vitamin D.

Sometimes you don’t need a whole new couch… you just need a refresh. 🛋️✨

Even after shampooing my sofa, those little lint beads and wear were still there. So instead of replacing it, I upgraded it with sofa covers and cushion supports — and baby, it made ALL the difference.

Now it looks cleaner, smoother, and way more put together. Plus the covers are machine washable, which is a lifesaver because let’s be honest… if my husband makes a mess, it’ll sit right there until I clean it. 😒😂

At least now when life happens, I can just remove the cover, toss it in the wash, and boom — back to fresh.

Dinner hits different when the flavors are right. 😋🍗🍚

The menu: Jamaican Brown Stewed Chicken simmered low and slow in my Thyme & Table 5.5 Qt Ribbed Dutch Oven — and let me tell you… this pot understood the assignment. The heat distribution was perfect for building that rich, caramelized gravy that brown stew chicken is known for.

Paired it with coconut milk peas & rice and the house smelled like a full Caribbean kitchen. 🇯🇲✨

What I loved about this Dutch oven:
• Deep enough to brown and simmer without crowding
• Held heat beautifully for slow cooking
• The ribbed design? Stylish enough to go straight from stove to table

Safe to say… this pot just earned a permanent spot in my kitchen.

Now the real question: Wings or thighs for brown stew chicken? 👀

I’ve been natural for 10+ years, but I wasn’t always protecting my actual hair, I was depleting it. Protective styles without real hydration led to split ends and major damage for me… so I’m starting over this time in meeting my hair growth and maintenance goals.

Every style will be purposeful. Every strand will stay hydrated.
