i hate some of the things i’ve been through. and i hate some of the things my friends, family members, and clients have been through. but i hate, more than anything, that any of us feels reduced by what we’ve been through.

we are not reduced…by anything. the value ain’t gone down, if anything it’s gone UP. you are still precious and i think a lot of healing is based on our willingness and ability to recognize this.

in the past, i felt afraid to tell people when i need some time alone because i’ve lost multiple friends for being honest about this. but, as i’ve grown i’m attracted grown as friends who need that solitude too! we are creatives + spiritual folk / there will come moments when we need to sit with our s**t, talk to spirit privately, reflect on things, take care of personal needs and do some private work.

and it’s as it should be.
