a basic 1yr warranty.
Frames mailed into our lab, are not covered under warranty.
We are not responsible for frames being lost in the mail.
All Frames purchased through our company include basic manufacturers warranty.
All warranties must include a Processing Fee as follows.

MAINTENANCE

Proper maintenance of eyewear is crucial to the life of your glasses.
Always place your glasses in a hard case ,when not using them.

Moisten your lenses with the recommended lens cleaning solution and wipe with a microfiber cleaning cloth.

Extremely Crucial to your eyewear is to, place and remove your glasses from your face with two hands at all times.

Do not utilize hair sprays or any other chemical products around your glasses. Most products contain substances that can damage lenses.

NON ADAPTS
All non adapts have a 15 day policy from the time of order.
There are no refunds on any order edged, processed or delivered.
We can exchange frames or lenses one time. A processing fee maybe incurred by customer ,excluding any shipping fees.
Non adapt to any lens of purchase maybe exchanged for a new lens of choice.
