The OneDevice
The first frequency wearable device that sends subtle frequencies of sound, and specific wavelengths of light into your nervous and endocrine systems.
Last night’s Health Optimization Summit gathering was all about great vibes, amazing friends, and OneDevice taking center stage.
Such a pleasure connecting with & .leyden and catching up with our favorite people in the biohacking world!
Big love to for throwing the ultimate gathering! The future of nightlife looks very clear-headed 😉

You live inside frequencies all day, even if you rarely think about them.
Light, sound and rhythm all have measurable patterns. Your sensory systems continuously pick up information from them and send it to the brain.
Frequency is one of the ways we describe the physical environment your body is constantly reading.
Save this for the next time “frequency” sounds too abstract.
Hello from in London.
We’re here with OneDevice, meeting people who are curious about new ways to support their state, recovery, and everyday performance.
And while we’re presenting our technology, we’re also exploring what’s happening across the wellness and human optimization space.
Come with us. We’ll show you around.

Your body moves through rhythm every second.
Your heart beats in patterns, your breathing moves in cycles, and neural activity follows its own rhythms.
Resonance describes what can happen when an external frequency approaches a physical system’s natural frequency. Under the right conditions, the response can become stronger.
A simple principle that helps explain how physical systems respond to frequency.

88% of participants reported feeling less stressed.
In the OneDevice Pilot Study, 74 people completed two short surveys: one at sign-up and another after at least one week of regular use.
Participants also reported improvements in overall wellbeing, daytime energy, physical calm, emotional regulation, and sleep. Each person’s results were compared with their own starting point.
The study was voluntary and self-reported, with no separate control group. The findings show a meaningful association, while causation remains unproven. No adverse effects were reported.

Calling it now: wellness is about to look very different.
We’ve spent years tracking steps, macros, sleep and supplements.
Now the conversation is getting bigger.
Muscle as a longevity metric.
Women’s longevity finally getting its own space.
AI becoming part of everyday health decisions.
Circadian rhythms getting more attention.
And a growing focus on the environment our nervous system responds to every day.
Light, sound, rhythm, sensory load. All of it shapes the conditions we move through.
Some of these already feel mainstream. Others are just getting started.
Which one do you think everyone will be talking about a year from now?
When did life get this fast?
Somewhere between the scrolling, the rushing, the noise, and trying to keep up with everything, it became easier to miss the life happening right in front of us.
The sunsets. The people we love. The tiny ordinary moments we’ll probably miss one day.
Maybe we all need a little more space to actually be here for it.
