Villa 1000 was approved by the Town of Surfside Planning & Zoning Board.
This larger home was carefully designed to reduce its massing and impact on the neighborhood. Through the integration of landscape, glass, and thoughtful transitions between the house and its surroundings, the design creates a more balanced relationship with the scale and character of the neighborhood.
Every decision in the process was made with the site and its context in mind.

Casa Alba is our second project with this family. After four years, they chose us again this time, to build from the ground up.
The starting point was a place they love: the timeless white coastal architecture of Alys Beach, reinterpreted for Surfside.

You're not just designing homes or managing construction. You're leading a team, coordinating consultants, trades and vendors, making hundreds of decisions, and guiding your clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
Some days you're a designer. Some days a contractor. Other days you're a CEO and trusted advisor.
It's a role that demands creativity, leadership, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to the people who trust you with their homes. I wouldn't have it any other way.
