It's still raining - time for Ginger Snaps! I love making these beautiful chewy cookies all year round - the combination of ginger, cinnamon, molasses and brown sugar is so comforting to me ❤️🍪

Coconut crackers! These crispy babies are made with homemade caramel, coconut flour and grated coconut! Crunchy, sweet, delicious! 🥥🌴

Using the quarantine productively by perfecting my banana muffin recipe. ❤️🍌🍰 These ones are made with dark chocolate chips and -prior to baking-drizzled with condensed milk. The milk caramelized in the oven and makes the muffins moist and delicious ❤️🤗

Although we couldn't properly celebrate with friends this year, at least we had cake ☘️🇮🇪

This baby is a through and through Irish cake, inspired by the holy Trinity: Guinness, Jameson & Baileys Cream.

Chocolate cake and Vanilla cake are doused in homemade whiskey syrup, sandwiched with vanilla Baileys cream, and decorated with piped dark chocolate.
