At this inspection, we discovered that one of the circuit breakers appeared to have a "double tap". A double tap occurs when two wires are connected to a circuit breaker that is only designed to accept one wire.
If your circuit breaker is not designed to hold two wires, you have an issue on your hands that could be dangerous and that you should not ignore.
With two wires connected to the same breaker or terminal, the circuit breaker could overheat. If the two wires are not fastened tightly enough, this could result in arcing. (Arcing occurs when two electrodes produce a plasma discharge.) A fire may also occur if your circuit breaker is double tapped.
Our recommendation in a case like this is to contact a licensed Electrical Contractor.
We pay attention to all details no matter how small they may seem.

A Ground Fault Circuit Interruptor (GFCI) is a modern electrical device, either a receptacle or a circuit breaker, which is designed to protect people from electric shock. In the event of a faulty appliance that you are touching, the current that passes through your body to ground is detected and the circuit is shut off, protecting you from potentially fatal shocks.
Here you can clearly see that the exterior outlets located throughout the property were not GFCI outlets. We advised the home buyer to get further evaluation by a licensed Electrician.

Even the smallest of cracks on the exterior walls of a home can allow for water intrusion. For this reason, we make sure to document all visible cracks in our Full Home Inspection Reports.
Here are some of the risks of ignoring cracks on the exterior walls, where water may be leaking through:
*** Your whole house can rot from the outside inward. If that happens, you’ll need to completely rebuild your exterior. So if you think stucco leak repairs are expensive now, they’re nothing compared to rebuilding your entire house.
*** You’ll likely have to deal with an out-of-control mold infestation. The inside of your dark and damp stucco walls will serve as a fertile breeding ground for nasty mold. Dealing with that level of mold remediation in addition to the stucco repair can cost five times more than the repair alone.
