1. King Bed just as comfortable as the rest of the beds in the home! Nothing worse then staying in a hotel or someone’s home with a rock hard mattress!
2. Special heirlooms
3. Family photos
4. Luggage rack
5. Extra hangers (try to leave some space in the closet for guests 😬😂)
6. TV is optional
7. Put just as much thought, care and detail into your guest room as the rest of the house! If you have kids then you know having a spare room/bed is nice when you need a break and extra sleep or if someone is sick they can quarantine in a cozy space! You, your family and guests will appreciate it!!!

It’s so nice to get out of Florida and travel to places like Colorado, where there is no palm tree or tropical plants in sight! There is something magical and breathtaking about the mountains, pine trees, birch trees, aspen trees and all the variety of colorful flowers everywhere you go!
