Entry-Level Property Management Assistant – Miami Beach
We’re looking for a motivated and accountable individual who’s eager to learn the ropes of property management! No experience is required, but you must be sharp, enthusiastic, and ready to succeed. A positive, upbeat attitude is essential.
This is a great opportunity to grow with our business, with the potential to manage office operations and/or pursue a Community Association Management (CAM) license in the future.
What you'll be doing:
• Office work, email and phone communication
• Time management and follow-up
• Managing tasks based on priority
• Basic bookkeeping
• Writing correspondence and reports (strong writing skills preferred)
• Spanish is a plus, but not required
Requirements:
• Must live near Miami Beach
• Organized, proactive, and responsible
• Happy, positive personality and strong work ethic

Property Management Office Work Position Now Open - Location - 333 W 41st Street Miami Beach
• Answer Calls
• Coordinate variety of tasks, meetings, appointments
• Efficiently follow deadlines and workflow
• Communicate with the office regarding progress of projects timelines
• Coordinate the task list/ to do list of all reports received from Owners / residents and Board of Directors
• Follow up, respond to emails / file emails
• Manage office calendar, schedule appointments w/ Outlook
• Keep track of ongoing projects and deadlines
• Communicate with vendors to obtain Estimates/ Proposals
• Good analytical skills, written English, Spanish a plus
• Positive attitude, able to work under pressure
• Possibilities of growth within the company towards a Property Management / CAM license for the right candidates: email [email protected]
