Open house showing for apartment continues but I also have two rooms available at our home in Cutler Bay for a student or maybe a retiree that looking for a room on fixed income.

I'm here today to meet with perspective tenant so figured I stay for Day.

Looks like I' to have change my last post to Saturday as well because of the overwhelming response to my open house.

Thursday's and Sunday's will be open house.
