A refined composition of water, light, and layered horizontality creates a contemporary coastal sanctuary. Generous glazing, thoughtful transitions, and expansive outdoor living spaces offer a sense of clarity, openness, and understated luxury throughout.

Every element is considered — curated materials, flowing circulation,and a massing strategy designed to feel both timeless and distinctly modern. A project grounded in quiet sophistication, livability, and a strong architectural presence on the Palm.

The design concept extends from this idea of equilibrium. Parallel and perpendicular planes intersect at varied heights to create a sequence of interior and exterior spaces across all four axes. Extended planes introduce lightness, giving the architecture a refined, floating clarity.

An imported jade boulder anchors a fluctuating rainwater pool at the center of the residence, establishing a calm focal point and setting the tone for a home grounded in balance.

Cast-in-place concrete provides structure, while cantilevers, skylights, and full-height glazing open the home to light, shadow, and movement. Glass bridges frame courtyards, water moments, and curated views throughout.

A precise geometry where structure becomes sculpture.
