STRETCHING for peak performance 🗻

👉 Increases Flexibility:

Regular stretching can help increase your flexibility, which is crucial for overall body health.

Increased flexibility can lead to better posture and fewer aches and pains.

👉 Relaxation and Stress Relief:

Stretching can be very calming and can act as a form of meditation if done mindfully.

It helps to decrease stress-causing hormones.

RECOMMENDATIONS 🔑

👉 Incorporate both dynamic (movement-based) and static (held) stretches into your routine.

👉 Pay attention to your breathing while stretching. Deep, controlled breaths can enhance the mental benefits.

👉 Ensure you’re stretching both sides of your body equally to maintain balance.

👉 Don’t push too hard. Stretching should never be painful.

Achieving your utmost potential and embodying your best self requires continuous refinement and enhancement of both your physical and mental well-being.

In this case, this means improving my flexibility and mobility especially with my shoulders.

You can clearly see in this photo that my left shoulder is higher than my right which indicates muscle imbalance and tension. This might be due to less than ideal posture and tight muscles.

To correct this, I will begin making a conscious effort to check my posture throughout the day. I may even begin using a back brace again.

Additionally, I’ll need to regularly stretch specifically these types:

• Neck stretch
• Traps stretch
• Pecs stretch
• Cat-Cow
• Child’s pose

Keys to stretch include a warm-up prior to starting plus breathing deeply and regularly during the stretch.

I learned how crucial having a sound physical and mental well-being was to feel not just well but great, not just get by but thrive, not just think clearly but think imaginatively, not just fulfill my potential but maximize my potential. This is when I began to establish a protocol focused on enhancing my cognitive abilities as well as my body’s functional abilities. With the proper fasting strategy in place, the right amount of nutrients, better sleep habits, breathwork, and exercise routine, I never felt sharper or more able than ever before. My energy and focus levels increased, self-confidence soared, vision sharpened, mood stabilized, mind cleared, burned fat and lost weight.

I greatly appreciate the power of information just as much as I appreciate the power of inspiration. So it wasn’t long after that I felt the need to share what I’ve learned with the world.
