With that being said, this is a bittersweet moment. It is with a saddened heart that I announce to the community that Metter Meats will be closing on April 30, 2019. Trust me, this was not an easy decision to make. After trying to manage work, time for myself, fiancé, and family, I have decided that it is best for me to no longer be a business owner. I must admit that the past 8 years have been amazing. Unfortunately, wonderful opportunities come up and you just cannot refuse them.
First, I would to thank God for allowing me 8 years of success as a store owner. Secondly, I would like to thank all of my past and present hardworking employees. (Karneisha Holloway, Shamek Booker, Pamela Coleman, Chanzley Newkirk, Harvey and Janice Holloway, Preston Perry, Mike Edwards, Flando Hobbs, Ineaik Peoples, Linda Rich). Next, I would like to thank the local business owners who would always lend a helping hand. (Oliff and Fordham, Ace Hardware, The Flower Basket, Kim Lee at Hairworks, Davis Heating & Air, Hulsey, Tootle, & Harrison, Tom’s Pawn City, and Brian & Elizabeth Collins)

Most importantly, I would like to thank each and every one of my loyal customers. Without your support, the business would have been a complete failure. I cannot put into words how much I appreciate those who have supported me. YOU are the reason for my success.
