Note, First Responders wear thick belts. On those belts they carry a night stick, mase cans, tasers, and
And a semi-automatic pistol. And when they are faced with an angry person swinging a fist, they use their night stick or mase spray, with a knife wheeling person, they pull out the taser, but if the bad guy has a gun, they go straight for theirs.
When a teacher is confronted with a bad guy with a gun, homeland security training films tell them they should look around their classrooms for anything that can be weaponized because they will be fighting for their lives.
Is there a better argument FOR having a Bopper in every classroom?

When I asked my grandson what he wanted for Christmas 3 years ago, he said "I want a bullet proof backpack so he could feel safe in his classroom."
I looked into it and found that while schools are in class 180 days a year, there is a shooting inside a schools building one out of every four days in this country. So instead of giving him a bullet proof backpack I, with the help of many other professionals, designed the Bopper.
Now teachers want them, parents want them in schools, principles want them, but all the schools are saying we don't want to be the first school to put them in, but we will follow along when someone else does it first.
So every one out of every four days some teacher or student gets shot in a school waiting for someone to say "We will be the first to put them in our classes."

Found out that our Chanel 8 news interview was posted on youtube and got over three thousand views and 475 likes in one day.
So the conversation is continuing.

People talk to your kids' schools. Let make them a safe place as they should be.

The question has come up that it look too much like a gun. If we are going to reduce the classroom stress levels by adding a protective device in the corner, would you feel safer looking at this Bopper Launcher or a large pillow?

ANNOUNCEMENT: We are trying to put together our first pilot program. We need between 12 and 18 schools of various sizes and locations. These participating schools will be the first to receive our Bopper Systems. Our staff will work hand in hand with them to modify and polish up all instructional and safety materials. Most of all we will be polishing up our inclusion techniques as it pertains to school preparedness drills. Our goal is to reduce the stress levels that these drills cause by demonstrating to the kids that now their teachers can protect them in a better way.

Yesterday on the evening news. Local EMTs join in Shooter Preparedness Training.
They are teaching STUDENTS how to use pressure patched to stop bleeding until the first responders can clear the school and allow the local EMTs to get to the wounded victims.
How much more stress can we dump on these kids???
Wouldn't you rather try and STOP the shooter before the EMT training is necessary?

THREE MINUTE HOLE?????
What is the three minute hole?
Federal guidelines for shooter preparedness starts with locked doors and metal detectors for entering a schools.
Then it covers Run or Hide from armed intruders. And then it jumps over the Three Minute Hole and tells schools to have plenty of first aide kits and bleeder stopping tourniquets.
It is like they have excepted the fact that if a shooter gets in, then in the next three minutes someone is going to get shot!

Now the conversation has turned to dealing with the trauma.
That trauma is not going away until we deal with the Three Minute Hole!

If presented to faculty and students properly, we will be dealing with the trauma brought on by the stress of eliminating the expectation that someone is going to get shot.
We want to change the conversation to "Someone is going to get Bopped" and it is going to be the shooter, not the kids.

Looking for a teacher....looking for an educator...looking for a School Principal...We are trying to find an educator or educators who feels strongly enough about school safety especially school shooter preparedness as it relates to the stress levels of kids and teachers that they would be willing to give us their comments.
Maybe even be a spokes person on next video.

Ten days ago President Biden signed an executive order demanding that schools step shooter preparedness drills but at the same time figure out how to reduce the stress levels that are traumatizing our kids at the same time.

Look, no matter how many times you run these drill, no matter what language you use or how you package them, the same message is clear, "If a shooter gets into your class, someone is going to get shot!"

But we can change this message! Put a Bopper into each classroom.
When they run a drill, the teacher can grab it, stand between the students and the door and proclaim, "Don't worry kids. If a bad guy walks through our door, I'm going to Bop Em!"

The Teacher is now the Protector. Kids feel better. Teachers feel better ( a lot better) and that stress level drops exponentially.

We need help. Talk to your schools, write to your Congressmen.
We have spoken in person to the schools safety division of Homeland Securities but they have not helped?
Get involved and let's turn classrooms back into a safe place for learning.
