🐄🐑🐖On Oct. 7th, Gina and I volunteered together again and this time the event was the Collegiate Livestock Judging. This is one of my favorite events to volunteer at. It really is a fun time and the crew that we volunteered with was awesome.

State Fair of Texas

Y'all - one of my sweet AF WingMoms friends made me these beautiful mixing wells and brush rests. 😍 They are STUNNING✨ in person and I've really been enjoying using them when I paint. Thank you Brenda for this treasured gift!

A fun day of volunteering at the State Fair of Texas Youth Livestock Committee with the best sister in the world. It was the Youth Food Challenge and it's one of my favorite events. The kids were so awesome and I am grateful for the opportunity to volunteer. Next time I will swing by and see Big Tex!

On Wednesday, I participated in the first ever Mesquite Senior Advocate Alliance Active Adult Health & Wellness Expo ( https://www.facebook.com/events/386290194516799/ ) held at the Mesquite Arts Center. I had fun meeting everyone and I even had a chance to meet Elvis! ⚡️ My tip that I shared with everyone was Keep your mind sharp by learning new hobbies such as painting or crafting. I brought along some of my DIYS and watercolor paintings as examples.

Not pictured is my bff Jessica Long who came out in the heat and stood by my side and helped support me in this event. I couldn't ask for a better friend. If you don't have a Jessica in your life.... you better find you one fast. She is a true gem.
