Leading people to focus on Jesus. A new church that launched on November, 2nd 2014. Services time is 9:30 am in person and online and 7:00 pm online.

FOCUS314 meets in Sequoia Pathfinder Academy at Eastmark, which located in southeast Mesa, Arizona. The name Focus 314 derives from Philippians 3:14 "I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus." REAL UNITY DOESN'T NEED AN ENEMY

A few things unite people fast: shared disasters, a common enemy, a common mission, and a common celebration.

Most churches figure this out quickly. And some lean on one of those harder than the rest.

When a preacher tells you who's to blame for everything wrong with the country, that feels like leadership. It's not.

Point at Republicans. Point at Democrats. Point at LGBTQ. Pick an enemy, rally the troops, call it unity.

But as soon as that enemy disappears, the church splinters. Because that was never real unity. It was manufactured.

Real unity doesn't need a scapegoat. Jesus gave us something better: a common mission. Go and make disciples.

That mission doesn't fracture when the culture shifts or the enemy goes away. It holds because it's grounded in something bigger than fear.

So, don't settle for unity built on anger. Demand the kind that's built on the Word of God.
