Holidays are a time of tradition and it's always fun to share what is unique about holidays with your family.
Most families have the traditional Turkey Dinner with all the trimmings.

They have the discipline to do what needs to be done when it needs to be done. It sounds simple enough; but it's not easy. We all get lazy sometimes, we all procrastinate from time-to-time, and we might even make excuses that could keep us from getting stuff done around the house or at work. But those who want success don't let this type of behavior define them - they push themselves through these moments and never give up on achieving their goals!

The weekend is finally here and you deserve it. You have been working hard all week long. Your body deserves a break from the stress of your 9 to 5 lifestyle, so make sure you take some time for yourself this Sunday. Take a walk in nature, do yoga or meditate with friends at a local studio, or enjoy some family time with loved ones.
