All my money bags are made from scratch. I source my upholstery vinyl from a local upholstery store. I cut the bags out myself. I happen to need 4 different colors right now so I'm layering the vinyl. But usually I do one color at a time as needed when i run out of cut pieces.
I can get 8 pieces (4 bags) from one row the width of the vinyl.
I don't always need all the pieces so i store them for the next order. When i run out of cut piece for any color i have to cut more.
This time i needed 4 colors😅

Some of my recent custom bag orders. Everything is made from scratch. I cut the vinyl and then stitch the designs (by machine), then assemble the bags. This is two different bag orders all embroidered and waiting to be assembled.

My Bank Deposit Bags are made from scratch. I source my marine vinyl locally and cut each piece myself before sewing them together.

I missed my Pen Tablet! I haven't digitized a logo design in a while.

My little skull cup that holds my tools for trimming the embroidery. Seam ripper, embroidery scissors, and a lighter. I also keep my smallest screw drivers in this cup.

My shop manager, Minion. He over sees all work and does the final checks before orders are shipped.

5 yards of 120" wide lining fabric. This s**t was a lot of work to roll up! Its literally folded in half and rolled on a 60" cardboard tube and barely fits it. Its slightly over the end on both sides.

First order of my re-opening done! Its been over a year since I've made a money bag. Took me a while to feel out the muscle memory of them.

3 stitched out! 17 to go! 20 bag order in process! Still have to cut more vinyl and all of the lining pieces. Then trim all the embroidery. Then I can actually start sewing the bags together! 😅
