The monsoon is predicted to start within the next 2 weeks. The office will call if you have damage and do not have summer care. Mesa is a suburb of the Phoenix metro area so if you see on the news that Sky Harbor, San Tan, Apache Jct, etc got hit it doesn't necessarily mean us. Hope your summer is going well.

update on the hot tub. The contractors have been notified. It's not just a burned out bulb the housing is loose and needs attached. Right now the hot tub is closed until that can be fixed.

Activity Schedule for next season

Good morning and hope your holiday weekend was reflective. Just a couple of quick notes. Your rent is not due until your anniversary date. The adjustment takes effect August 1st. Also when there is lightening in the vicinity the pool area will be locked down.
