A few weeks ago, this project was focused on site setup, safety signage, and mobilization. Today, the transformation is easy to see.

Our team has completed demolition and begun installing drywall throughout this Mesa tenant improvement project. The new walls are creating definition, flow, and the framework for the customer experience that will soon occupy the space.

Construction progress is often measured by milestones, but what excites us most is seeing a vision become reality through the efforts of everyone involved.

Progress continues on this Mesa tenant improvement project in partnership with CFES Holdings.

After establishing a safe and organized jobsite, our team moved through demolition and successfully cleared the space for the next phase of construction. With demolition now complete, electrical and drywall work can begin.

What was once an empty shell is quickly becoming a finished retail environment.

Our team recently completed the layout and preparation work for new protective bollards that will be installed around this warehouse electrical panel. Once installed, these bollards will help protect critical building infrastructure from accidental impacts and support safer daily operations.

Things are coming together at our Phoenix-area project site.

Vertical construction has started with wall foundations set and masonry block delivered. Horizontal work continues wrapping up, and the full layout is becoming much easier to see as boundary walls begin to define the property.

Phoenix site development update—this project is moving forward in a big way.

Drywell work and grading are complete, landscaping is underway, and wall footing installation has officially started. That means we’re transitioning from horizontal site work into the early stages of vertical construction.

Through tight coordination, open communication, and quick problem-solving in the field, the project continues to stay on track.

Construction progress continues at this Phoenix site development project.

Recent work has included expanding the entrance area, installing irrigation systems, and removing forms from completed headwalls as the site infrastructure continues coming together.
