Propwire now has Auction Date Filters!

To search by Auction Date, go to the new “Foreclosure Filters” section under More filters. Then, select your start date and end date to see Auctions that fall within that date range.

For example, if you want to see Auctions in the next 30 days, select today’s date (as the start date) and 30 days from today (as the end date).

Many of you have asked for this feature, so you can exclude properties that already went to auction.

Under Foreclosure Filters, you can also search by:

- Recording Date (for Preforeclosures)
- REO Date (for Bank Owned REOs)

With these filters, you can laser-target preforeclosure leads by how long they’ve been in preforeclosure… and find banks that are desperate to get properties off their books.

Many of you have asked for an “import” feature, and now it’s here… along with our brand-new Property Lists dashboard!

To import a list, go to https://propwire.com/property-lists, click the “Import a List” button and follow the instructions.

Once imported, your list will appear on your Property Lists dashboard, along with any other lists you’ve imported or saved.

On the dashboard, select a list to skip trace, download or delete the entire list. Or, click a List Name to see the properties in that list, and review, delete, skip trace or download individual properties.

But, that’s not all…

You can also save properties to a list from a Propwire search. Click the “Save to a List” button from the property tray and create a new list (or save to an existing list)!

Big news... Propwire has expired listings!

Inside Propwire, there is a new Lead Type called “MLS Withdrawn.”

"Withdrawn” refers to properties that were listed on the MLS and then removed (aka “expired” or “canceled” listings).

These homeowners are frustrated because they couldn’t sell their houses at asking price. They’re open to selling for cash (at steep discounts) to avoid showings, agent commissions, etc.

And if that wasn’t enough, we’ve also rolled out the updates below:

- Google Pay added as a payment method
- Fullscreen property photos (mobile)
