We have been working long and late at this two story loft but it’s coming together nicely, we are putting in a tube steel metal framed inside balcony that’s going to be completed with a glass floor! Should look amazing when all done. We also tore out the old bulky stairs that we in the middle of the floor plan and made some more sleek looking stairs to the side of the room that match the same tube steel as the balcony which opened up the floor plan a ton and will have wood treads to walk up! Should look fantastic when all finished!

From start to finish this office project turned out fantastic! I especially like the flooring the client picked out. Another one down and more to come!

Boom! Passed final inspection with no issues! The game room turned out amazing with the led lights the client added to all the crown molding and TVs. Let us know if you want to add a fun new area to your home!

And that’s a wrap! Closed this bullpen room up and separated it into two office spaces and used some of the old cabinets to make a new little workstation in the hall!
