We are very excited about the completion of the 30,000 SF Germaine RV and Boat Facility located on Main St. and the East loop 202 in Mesa. The modern industrial design creates a gateway into east Mesa. The design includes a lot of unique materials and detailing. You should stop by to see!

We are pleased to announce the Tempe Development Review Commission has unanimously approved the design of our latest townhome project! 13 Multi-Family Townhomes coming soon near the ASU Tempe campus. One step closer to construction!

Here are some progress photos of 36 townhomes being built near Broadway and 32nd ave. We love seeing our designs come to life!

It was fun to have everyone at the office today! It seems like the latest trend is to work from home when possible. Nothing like being together as we work through projects.

This project was an Adaptive Reuse of an existing Walgreens building to accommodate the new office space for Edifice, SIBI, and Treehouse Group. This 15,000 square foot building was completed in 2019.

We are excited to share Crismon Gateway Village located in north-east Mesa! This 10,000 square foot retail space was completed in 2018. This project was thoughtfully designed as we explored the use of two styles of exposed masonry and weathered steel.

We are Edifice Architects, a small architecture firm located in Mesa, servicing the entire state of Arizona. As we get involved in this platform, we hope to share some of our past and current projects of various sizes and building types. We are proud of the work we do and professionals we get to work with.
