The real luxuries in life are not things…

I've hit some major milestones 🙌 in the past couple weeks and cried tears of joy 🥹 several times with these babes.

✔️ I'm finally in the 140s again! Down from the 160s!!
✔️ I'm officially in the 200 club hitting a new pr dead lifting 205lbs! Who knew this was even possible with a bad knee and the joint issues I’ve had over the past couple years.
✔️ I'm up to a 4 minute plank and still looking for another lifts lady to challenge me 💪 on that one.

I have to say I’m damn proud 👏 of myself! It’s been years since I was in my 140s and I’ve never been able to lift so much. I was dealing with a lot of inflammation and wacky hormones. I finally leveled out my hormones, reduced the inflammation and taken charge of my health. I’ve mastered my macros and focused on naturopathic principles. No shortcuts here! No 🚫Ozempic or crazy pills. It came down to dedication, a laser focused mindset and good old fashioned hard work!

I haven’t hit my goal yet or my deadline (45 I’m coming for you 😜), but I have to give credit where credit is due. Not only for 🫶 myself, but to these ladies right here. I couldn’t have done it without the extra motivation, passion and dedication they bring to the table every single day for their clients. This tribe is a whole vibe and it’s 💯 my jam. They have pushed me to limits I didn’t know were possible and I’m forever grateful! Thank you Lorelle Frugoli and Lynn Nader 🙏 I can’t wait for October 👻 and to hit that goal and probably cry some more 🤣 Love you 💜 ladies!

Kids are back to school 📚 and while you are shopping for school lunches and snacks, keep this in mind! Many of these food dyes are banned in other countries because of how harmful they are. These DO affect our kiddo’s behavior, their immunity and ability to fight of illness, their ability to focus and learn and their overall wellbeing. But there are healthy and affordable alternatives! Avoiding 🙅🏻‍♀️ harmful ingredients doesn’t have to be difficult or expensive like it used to ❤

It’s as simple as reading your ingredient labels. Many mainstream processed foods contain these toxic chemicals! ☠️ For instance, most jars of pickles contain Yellow #5 or #6 - but Mt Olive simply pickles DOES NOT.

❌ It’s easy to avoid food dyes and caramel coloring if you take the time to read the label before it goes in your cart. Make this a priority in you and your children’s lives. Read the ingredients and anything you can’t pronounce, leave it on the shelf!
