Anger Alternatives is an educational program for people who want to lead a life without violence and abuse, and want to learn to cope with their anger. We are committed to teaching people to stop reacting to anger, and replace destructive habits with positive behaviors.

Think about it:
Taking a Risk
Taking a risk is trying to do something that is outside of what you normally do, outside of your comfort zone.
It can be trying new things or opening yourself to new thoughts
A risk might even be to trust yourself.
It is easiest to take a risk when you feel safe.
The new year is approaching, are you ready to take that risk?

Think about it:
Being empathetic is a powerful communication skill.
When you are empathetic, you can really hear what is being said.
You can remember when you felt the way the other person feels.
With the empathy comes the compassion.
