🌞 Summer weather is great for concerts, festivals, and outdoor performances, but not always for your instrument!

A few quick reminders for string players:

🚫 Don't leave your instrument in the car
🎻 Store your instrument in its case when possible to protect it from temperature and humidity fluctuations.
🌡️ Allow your instrument to acclimate gradually when moving between air-conditioned spaces and outdoor heat.
🎼Keep an eye on your bridge—it can shift with changes in humidity.
🎀 Loosen your bow before putting it away

Your instrument works hard all year long. A little extra care during the summer can help prevent cracks, warping, and other avoidable repairs.
