Brad Dildine, President and CEO of Hallmark Homes, founded the company in 1995. Brad was born and raised in Boise, ID. He received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Utah State University and worked for several years in different areas of the construction industry. When Brad formed this company, it was his goal to build a company that would construct some of the finest homes in the Treasure Valley by adhering to strict, high standards of quality. Brad has “hand picked” all of the trade partners that work with Hallmark Homes to ensure these high standards of quality are met. Brad enjoys working closely with both homeowners and his trade partners to ensure a pleasurable experience for each new homeowner. Brad currently resides in Eagle, ID with his wife and 6 daughters. His hobbies include spending time with his family, wakeboarding, skiing, and playing all types of sports.
