Hallmark Homes update regarding Coronavirus:

As of today, Hallmark Homes is still open for business and will remain so unless government mandated (which we don't anticipate). Office employees are working from home to reduce the likelihood of spreading the virus.

All of our suppliers and subcontractors are still working and no delays or deficiencies are anticipated in the supply chain. The municipalities are stilling doing inspections and issuing certificates of occupancy, lenders are still open and title companies are still conducting closings. Our model homes remain open during the day, but if you would rather visit after hours to reduce personal interaction, please call Jeff to set up a private showing at 208-284-2700

Please know that we are taking every precaution necessary to make sure that everyone is safe. We have canceled all non-critical meetings, and are practicing social distancing. Superintendents are washing hands more frequently and avoiding shaking hands, high fives, etc.

We are monitoring the new information that is coming out in the media and other sources and will update this statement if anything changes.
