We are looking to hire a dedicated CSR to join our dynamic team. As a customer service representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing top-notch assistance to our team members and clients.

Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Meridian, MS
Type: Full-time
Pay: $12-$15 Hourly
Hours: 35-40 weekly

Responsibilities:
• Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
• Maintain office filing systems and ensure documentation is organized and easily accessible.
• Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
• Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist in coordinating office events and special projects as assigned.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as required.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
• Experience or knowledge in insurance is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficiency in Google Drive (Sheets and Docs).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Willing to accept constructive criticism
