GGSIM is a state-wide educational, networking, and outreach institute in Mississippi.
We are a nonprofit organization that sponsors the Love and Peas Community garden, we also promote the Earth's Bounty Festival, Night Market, Good Citizen Clean up. Our goal is to growing community around issues of sustainability by identifying sustainable initiatives, connecting those efforts, and expanding on them. We teach people to improve their quality of life through sustainable choices.

Our Story
Go Green Meridian, is a local non profit promoting local food production, community gardens, healthy eating and sustainable ideals for our area. We are all volunteers committing our time to make Meridian, Lauderdale County and the our surrounding area a better place to live. We are diverse, we welcome everyone. Please come and visit our “Love and Peas Community Garden” , we are there every Wednesday afternoon and Saturday mornings.
