I’m really trying to be more intentional about how I start my day, and right now I’m loving my red light + vibration plate routine, usually with a little meditation mixed in. 🧘‍♀️

River, of course, is there for moral support… and to make sure I never go too long without giving him some love. 🐕😂❤️

I know I speak for River too when I say we are excited about the cooler weather coming so we can get back out on the hiking trails again. There’s just something about getting outside that makes me feel alive again. 🌳🌻💕🐕

I swear the Western Idaho Fair is always the unofficial sign that summer is coming to an end. 🎡

We’ve been taking Kai since he was born, and it’s just one of those things we do every year. We see the animals, eat way too much fair food, check out the new rides… and for the last few years, apparently no trip to the fair is complete until Kai gets inside this ridiculous giant ball. 😂

He looks forward to it every single year, and I think I have almost as much fun watching him as he does doing it.

I love that even as he gets older, there are still a few traditions he hasn’t outgrown yet. ❤️
