Our Xcel Gold and Platinum Gymnasts were treated Betsy's Bootcamp with Betsy McNally Laouar in Hattiesburg this weekend! Friday and Saturday were packed with lessons on the 5th Event - food, conditioning, and mental training! Thank You MS USAG for this wonderful experience! We can't wait to make and plan of action!!!

Region 8 Regionals Weekend💜
What a fun weekend! We cannot express how PROUD we are of each of these gymnast. It is such an honor to represent your home state in a sport you love, but it’s a privilege, to us coaches, to be able to be apart of this journey with you! These girls did amazing! Now back to the gym, tomorrow, for our last TWO WEEK of classes! 💜
