There is something special about watching our residents regain their strength, confidence, and independence. From the first day they arrive to the moment they walk our red carpet and head home, we get the privilege of being part of their journey.
Seeing the progress they make, the goals they achieve, and the smiles on their faces reminds us why we do what we do. We are honored to welcome each resident into the Meridian Meadows family and celebrate every milestone along the way.

HUGE Congratulations to our very own, Stanley!!! We couldn't be prouder!
Congratulations to Stanley Chebii on being named our 2025 TanaBell Employee of the Year! We recently celebrated this accomplishment with Stanley and the rest of the team at Meridian Meadows Transitional Care.
Stanley works as a CNA on the NOC shift at MMTC. In the nomination submitted on behalf of Stanley, these are just some of the highlights and reasons why he was chosen to be honored as our TanaBell Employee of the Year:
- If you had to describe him in one word, it would be cheerful, and that cheerfulness changes the whole atmosphere at MMTC.
- He works incredibly hard and makes people feel special.
- His optimism is infectious; the residents adore him and the gentle, attentive, and consistent care he provides.
- He is the teammate you want beside you on night shift. He is steady, helpful, and always brings a positive tone that makes the shift feel lighter and more manageable.
Stanley represents the very best of who we are and how we care at TanaBell Health Services. He is so deserving of this recognition!

We had the honor of celebrating a young man who turned 92 years young here at Meridian Meadows—and we couldn’t let the day pass without making it special.
This veteran, grandfather, great-grandfather, father, and husband continues to inspire us all with his wonderful attitude and a smile that truly lights up the room.
A special shoutout to Kaylee L., who was instrumental in decorating the birthday boy’s room and bringing warmth and character to his first day with us. Moments like these remind us what truly matters.
Thank you, Kaylee, for your care and dedication to our patients here at Meridian Meadows.
