One of our traditions at Christmas time is to walk through our neighborhood at night and admire all the beautiful decorations and lights!
No other time of the year do we see so many pretty lights..on homes, at the entrances to our subdivisions, at malls..even on some of the business trucks( wish I could have taken a pic of that pick up with Christmas lights!) How beautiful sthe world looks with so many pretty lights. But they are temporary..we have a Light that is eternal.
In the Bible, in John 8:12 Jesus spoke to them again saying"I am the Light of the World.Whoever follows Me will not walk in darkenss."

I hope all of you are almost ready for Christmas! Keeps the holidays fun! And keeps the stress snacking down to a minimum.LOL
January is coming to help get back to a more normal pattern..sooo

Every year in January, some of us do a " re-set. "
We don’t go crazy eating junk over the holidays,
but we do like to eat some favorite holiday treats.
That makes my system go a little crazy.
We do a reset to get back on track. It helps me get my mind and my body ready for each coming year.
Resets are more fun when we do them with other people.
So I’m creating a customer group among some of my clients. I thought maybe some of you might be interested in joining me.
Here are a few signs that you may want to consider a reset.
Do you have:
