Tamarack Groves roots were planted in 2007 out of the opportunity to serve a need within the industry and a desire to lead with purpose and just do things differently. GSA is building a new nationwide Large Construction IDIQ, and Zone 7 is the widest zone in the program.
It covers Idaho, Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, Montana, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands. GSA expects to award 40–50 IDIQs across seven zones. Each is a 10-year vehicle for design-build and CMc task orders that typically start at $20M.
A prime that wins Zone 7 will need a structural engineer who can deliver anywhere from Boise to Honolulu to Guam. Tamarack Grove Engineering is licensed in all 50 states, D.C., and the U.S. territories, so one structural partner can cover the whole zone.
We're looking for general contractors, architects, and A/E firms pursuing Zones 7 and 5. If you're building a team, let's talk.

We’re excited to welcome Sachita Baniya, M.S., Project Engineer, to the Tamarack Grove Engineering team! 🎉
Growing up in Nepal, Sachita developed an early curiosity about structures and how they withstand the forces around them. After experiencing the 2015 Gorkha earthquake, that curiosity grew into a passion for designing safe, resilient buildings and ultimately led her to pursue a career in engineering.
Outside of work, Sachita enjoys sketching, hiking, listening to music, and chasing a good sunrise. We’re excited to have her on the team and can’t wait to see the creativity and thoughtfulness she brings to her projects!
