I’ve been planning this for over a year and have finally put it together. This will not be a typical training session; we are going to do a deep dive into the functionality of BrokerBay and how to apply it to your current business model.

Most of the meeting will be a discussion and Q&A session led by you regarding the pros and cons of the system. I have no personal stake in Supra or BrokerBay; my goal is simply to address misinformation and clarify how the system works. Whether you choose to adopt it or not, you will learn how it can make it easier for agents to show your listings. If you decide it isn't for you, I will also demonstrate how to disable it with one click so you no longer have to manually request that it not be used.

Additionally, we will discuss upcoming changes and integrations, including Supra One, which will soon provide an all-in-one integrated platform. I hope you’ll join us.

The best agents are turning down money right now. Read that again.

In a market where every deal matters, where 87% of agents won't make it past five years, where every listing feels like oxygen, the top performers are walking away from potential paychecks.

On purpose.

Why?

Because they've learned the most expensive lesson in real estate the hard way: not every listing is worth your time, your money, or your reputation.

When a homeowner is convinced their property is worth $200K more than every comparable sale in the neighborhood, you have two choices.

You can smile, nod, sign the listing agreement, spend $3,000 on marketing, hold open houses for 90 days, field angry phone calls about why there are no offers, and eventually watch them blame you when reality sets in.

Or you can have an honest conversation, show them the data, and if they still won't listen, walk away and let someone else learn that lesson on their dime.

The agents who chase every listing regardless of price end up working for free.

Or worse, they end up with a reputation for overpriced homes that sit on the market and expire.

The consumer narrative has always been that agents will do anything for a commission. That agents just want a quick sale at any price.

The reality is the exact opposite. The best agents would rather lose the listing than lose their integrity.

Saying no is a superpower.

Especially when everyone around you is desperate to say yes.

Respect to every agent who's choosing reputation over revenue right now.
