EVstudio is happy to be a part of construction for the Boise Regional Realtors’ new office building. Boise Regional Realtors is a nonprofit realtor association, the largest in Idaho! This remarkable organization helps their members succeed in real estate by providing resources in business ethics and professionalism while fostering industry and community connections. Their new office will feature a new member lounge, a coffee bar, group training rooms, office spaces, and a recording studio to provide their realtors with premium resources to succeed in their business. We're proud to have continued the partnership started by neUdesign in the Gramercy development to continue creating beautiful spaces. It's awesome to see the progress of the project!

In December 16, EVstudio’s Idaho office held their holiday party at Residence Inn - Downtown Boise. It was a lovely and festive event filled with treats, good company, and a great time had by all! Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate the holiday season!

Today our team was able to visit the Grand Opening for Biggby Coffee here in Meridian! We were so happy to assist on the design of this building, which is the first Biggby Coffee location in Idaho! They are offering great deals this week as part of their grand opening. All proceeds today will be going to the Children’s Miracle Network at St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital. So if you’re needing an afternoon pick-me-up, go check them out!

Our team was out practicing their drone skills this morning. Check out some of the images we captured of a project under construction right next door to our office! Our team was part of the schematic design for this project so it’s fun to see it come to life!

Lot 50 continues to move forward and we are so excited to share the progress! The podium has been constructed and they have moved on to framing the walls for the apartment units. It’s a great example of being flexible and working with changing market and industry costs. So exciting to see this project come to life!

This month’s employee spotlight: Robert Hinton! Robert is an invaluable member of the multi family studio at the Idaho office. He’s a thorough and patient drafter who always makes sure the work is done to the highest standards. Thank you for all your hard work, Robert!

Today’s Spirit Week theme was Hawaiian Day. So obviously our team had to make a trip to Hawaii to celebrate, at least we wish that’s where we were!

This last week our office kicked off EVstudio’s Spirit Week with a fun outing with Pedals and Pints in downtown Boise. In the upcoming week we will be celebrating EVstudio’s 16 year anniversary, so keep an eye out for all of our other Spirit Week events!
