Tonight is our LAST Expo. We will have showcases from our students on what they have learned and prepared for you. We encourage you to show up and cheer them on and celebrate their accomplishments!
5-7 pm at the school 1422 S Tech Lane
🍟Benny's Chick 'n' Spuds foodtruck will be on site!🍗
This is also a final call for Lost and Found. Anything left after tonight will be donated on Friday. We have a pair of glasses looking for a home, and lots of sweatshirts and clothing items.

READY FOR ONE LAST DRESS UP WEEK?
May 11-13th is a short week, which is a perfect time for students to have a little fun while learning! Please remember to keep in mind that school dress rules still apply. Please keep to the dress code to keep things fun.
No balls/bats/equipment should be brought to school
No obscene language, gang affiliation, or inappropriate characters
No sleeping bags/blankets
Thank you to our middle school ELA students for organizing this and getting the word out!

This week, we celebrate our teachers who go above and beyond to make our students the best and brightest they can be. It is certainly a huge job, with a lot of ups and downs, but we could not ask for a better group of people to work alongside as we close out this school year. Our PTA has put together a week of events, food, and celebration for our dedicated educators. From survival kits, Taco Tuesday, to soda bars and catered lunches, these teachers get to enjoy the week of fun and presents! Let's finish strong DINOS!

Student Board calls for one last ALOHA next week. Secondary students are welcome to join in the luau with food, games, and music.
Up to 2 external students per PiSTEM student are allowed with permission slip. Please see the front office for permission slip. They must be completed and turned in by Thursday.

ATTENTION BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF KUNA will be closed on Friday April 24th. If your student attends club before/after school on Friday, please prepare to make other arrangements. Thank you.
Dear PiSTEM Families,
Please see below for an important update regarding the upcoming school calendar.
As we get into the last 5 weeks of school, our teachers have requested dedicated time to pack and remove their personal belongings from the school building. The deadline for having personal items removed from the building is May 22nd, and the teachers will be teaching up until the last day of school on May 21st. This request was approved by the Board of Directors on April 14th at their monthly meeting.
As a result, Thursday, May 14th and Friday, May 15th will be non-academic days and no school will be in session. Staff will utilize these days for inventory, classroom packing, and building preparations as we work toward our building closure deadline. The State Charter Commission and charter schools from across the valley will be coming in the following week to collect what they need for their schools. The building will be cleared by May 30.
Students are welcome to check out their chromebooks and work on IDLA, Gradient, and missing assignments during this time off. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility and we look forward to a fun and exciting last week of school with all of our staff and students closing out PiSTEM strong and prepared. It’s time to start thinking about all the ways we appreciate and support our teachers here at PiSTEM. Our PTA has put together a week of thanks to our educator super heroes, but we need parent involvement. Please contribute to Cinco de Mayo themed lunch for our staff on Tuesday May 5.
