Well we haven’t posted much for a while but this one was good. The contractor removed the Sheetrock to replace a pocket door that was bad and found this. Never really figured out what the switches went to but it’s fixed and cleaned up now… amazing what some workers will do…

Another Remodel and expansion completed...

The one on the left is what it is supposed to look like.. got a little hot and shorted against the metal box. The tenant just figured the breaker was not big enough so they put in a bigger breaker and when they turned it on it actually rattled the conduit and then blew the larger breaker and made a huge flash, scared the sh///t out of them. It took a while to find but we did and it’s fixed now...
If you have a short in your circuits a larger breaker will cause a fire not solve the issue..

We love it when we get paid for a job but even better when you get this with the check... 😎

Okay,,,, After 2.5 long days, 2 well educated and hard working employees we got-r-done...

Ok, this weeks job was to install a main breaker and a voltage portal for this irrigation electrical system. What a mess..
