Hello, my name is Nathan Orchard and I'm an Idaho native; born and raised in this great state I call home! On any given day you can find me out researching our local market, in the gym, or spending quality time with my family. I have spent the last 15 years dedicated to the building industry in one facet or another. I rapidly moved up the ladder of wholesale building materials, where I was a purchaser for several products used for home building in our market. I rounded off my skill set as an outside salesman, servicing all local lumber yards and developing product strategies for local builders. I entered the real estate world as a licensed listing agent, teamed with a local builder using my building knowledge to deliver the dream of home ownership to all of my customers. Using my previous sales, management, and construction training I was able to offer smooth and trouble free transactions for both homeowners and the builder. I very quickly became a top sales producer, meeting and exceeding all goals while managing and selling out of 5 communities.
