Here's your chance to share feedback on transit in Boise! ⬇️
The Boise City Council will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. this evening (June 2) to discuss VRT funding for our next fiscal year. They want to hear what public transportation means to you, what's working, and how you'd like to see it improved.
The hearing follows other items on the agenda. Participate in person or online -- for more info, visit: https://www.cityofboise.org/events/city-council/2026/june/city-council-meeting/
⚠️⚡️WARNING: Insanely cool overhead electric bus chargers!
After years of planning, funding, construction, and a lot of behind-the-scenes work, Main Street Station’s overhead electric chargers are ready for action!
Starting June 8 🚌 (Change Day!) 🚌, you’ll see VRT’s electric buses charging right at the station before heading back out to serve the Treasure Valley.
It’s a big milestone in our journey toward a cleaner, more sustainable transit system! You can learn more about Change Day and the project at Main Street Station at the link in our profile 👉🏼
