Moonridge
Moonridge Subdivision Homeowners Association, Boise Idaho Moonridge is located in southwest Ada county. The subdivision has two play areas for children as well.
It is out of the city, yet 10-15 minutes from shopping, restaurants, movie theatres, and the Boise Airport. Moonridge is a family centered subdivision with numerous walking paths and common areas throughout. Homes in the subdivision were first established in 1999, with the final phase completed in 2006.

If you owe the Homeowners association (your neighbors) money and are past due, the collections people will pursue you until paid.
In March we worked with collection services to recover almost $7000 in past due accounts with more to come.
The approximate amount owed is $70,000 and we are committed to collecting.
If you owe, we have sent paper notices, emails and phone calls. There is a large fee from the collections agencies which is added to your bill when it’s sent to them.
We have payment plans, forgiveness of some fees with payment in full on accounts and we are very helpful making things work with homeowners.
Unfortunately, we do not have an option to forget or forgive money owed to our community.
If you’re behind or struggling with payment, please reach out to AMP management before your account is sent for collection.

On 29 and 30 April, there will be refurbishment activity happening at our smaller, west end playground park. The sandy area is getting a face lift and new sand. While this happens, the park will be closed.
We are excited to freshen up our park and for our little people to have fresh sand to play in.

MOONRIDGE HOMEOWNERS – IRRIGATION UPDATE
Water is ON!
Irrigation water is now available for homeowners who have paid their irrigation dues through the New York Irrigation District.
If you have not yet paid your irrigation dues, please do so as soon as possible to ensure continued service.

WATERING SCHEDULE
Odd-Numbered Homes (ending in 1, 3, 5, 7, 9):
• Water on odd-numbered calendar days
• Homes ending in 1 & 3: Midnight – 12:00 PM
• Homes ending in 5, 7 & 9: 12:00 PM – Midnight
Even-Numbered Homes (ending in 0, 2, 4, 6, 8):
• Water on even-numbered calendar days
• Homes ending in 0 & 2: Midnight – 12:00 PM
• Homes ending in 4, 6 & 8: 12:00 PM – Midnight
Please Note:
This schedule remains consistent throughout the irrigation season and does not change based on the number of days in a month.

In eager anticipation of irrigation water being turned on….please make sure your main irrigation valve is turned to the OFF position. If it’s not shut off, we all get super fun surprises when water starts shooting everywhere.

From Ethan, our HOA water master:
I'll put in the water order in the next couple of days. Canal should start to fill on the 4th, pumps fire up in or about the 15th.
Please remember the first two weeks we expect to have some repairs so things could be intermittent.
Also please remind people that the least used time to water is 11am to 7pm. If we don't use water, it just flows down the overflow. The worst times are 8pm to 9am.
