We are looking for one more Smart Home sales rep to do NHO (New Home Orientations) for our builders across the Treasure Valley. Every Home has a full Smart Home Alarm System installed upon move in. This position is an easy $100,000 per year. You will receive 5-10 new home buyer appointments per day 5-6 days per week 52 weeks a year. Average closing ratio 52%.

Duties:

Teach each new home buyer how to use their new system.

Activate the alarm monitoring with as many customers as possible.

Schedule a final orientation with our Solar Energy Reps.

Activate their Builder Discounted Pest Control

Build your customer network.

Growth;

Stage 1
Start as a setter learning the ins and outs of solar. Setters make on average $55,000 per year.

Stage 2
Become a closer working off what is called a Redline making $2,500 plus per Close. Closers make $70,000 or more per year on average.

Stage 3
Become a Team Leader and oversee financing and design as well as teaching sales tactics. Stage 3 Leaders oversee one "office" or general sales team. Recruiting setters and closers for your team is vital to being a Stage 3. Team Leaders generally make anywhere from $100,000 to $250,000 per year.

Stage 4
Regional Team Leader have the same responsibilities as a Stage 3 but oversee multiple states and or markets. Recruiting is also a part of Stage 4 working with Stage 3 Leaders. Stage 4 Leaders make generally $200,000 plus per year.

Stages generally progress per year depending on performance. It is not uncommon to become a Stage 4 within 3-5 years.
