Good Morning to all my Mythical Beasts! I appreciate you all having patience with me as I sort out a schedule for Strongman Class that can work out for everyone. Wednesday night at the gym have been pretty busy so I'm considering Friday evenings for class. I definitely want to hear from my strong people!

To all my Mythical Beasts and Strongpeople, I will not be holding class this week. Being honest is important to me and there's not a "good" reason I'm cancelling this week. With my new schedule, holiday stress, and a feeling of impending burnout-- I'm taking this evening off.
I love all my warriors and we'll be getting back on track soon so look here for updates. 🦄❤️❄️
