Bluebird Health is proud to announce the advancement of two outstanding leaders.
Conner Wollan, PT, has been promoted to Home Health Director of Clinical Services, and Mary Heath, RN, to Hospice Director of Clinical Services.
Conner and Mary are exceptional humans who exemplify dedication to patient care, team culture, and service to our community. Both have been strong leaders at Bluebird Health, deeply committed to the agency and consistently driving meaningful results. Their impact and leadership have created the opportunity to expand their influence in these new roles.
We are excited to see what these two leaders continue to build and to watch the future of Bluebird Health grow under their care.

HAPPY NURSE'S MONTH 💙 ✨
There are many moments in healthcare that people never forget… and so many times, a nurse is right there in it.
The one who makes a patient feel like a person, not a task.
The one who notices when something feels “off," but keeps calm and collected.
The one who takes an extra minute to explain things, even though their shift ended.
We get to see how much nurses do every day not just on their own, but as part of a team that supports patients and families wholeheartedly. We’re really lucky to work alongside incredible CNAs, social workers, chaplains, and many more who all play such an important role in care.
It truly takes everyone - but this month, we just want to take a moment to recognize our nurses and say thank you for the way you show up, advocate, and care so deeply.
You make a difference every single day 💙

There’s a moment many families experience… but don’t always have words for.
It’s not a crisis.
It’s not giving up.
It’s just a quiet realization:
“Something has changed… and we need more support.”
That’s often when hospice becomes the right next step.
Not because hope is gone but because the goal of care has shifted to comfort, dignity, and quality of life. We meet families in that moment. We walk alongside you, provide support, and make sure no one feels alone.
If you ever find yourself wondering “is it time?” you don’t have to figure it out without help. Sign up for a free consultation on our website now: https://bluebirdhealth.com/schedule-a-consultation/

Happy Occupational Therapy Month! 💙
Occupational Therapists play a vital role in helping patients regain independence, confidence, and quality of life after illness, injury, or decline.
From helping someone safely return home,
to relearning daily tasks like dressing, bathing, or cooking…
to preventing falls and improving strength...
OTs are truly life-changing.
In home health and hospice, Occupational Therapy goes beyond exercises, it’s about helping patients live safely and meaningfully in their own environment.
We’re so grateful for the OTs who show up every day with compassion, creativity, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.
Thank you for helping our patients not just live, but live well. 💙

💙 DID YOU KNOW...
Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is often called an “invisible illness” because many symptoms, like fatigue, pain, and brain fog, aren’t always visible to others.
Fact: Nearly 1 million people in the U.S. are living with MS.
Heat sensitivity is common; something as simple as warm weather can temporarily worsen symptoms.
There is currently no cure for MS, but treatments can help manage symptoms and slow progression.
