PTSD Awareness Month is a reminder that healing rarely looks linear.
Survival responses don’t make someone weak. They often reflect what the mind and body had to do to endure difficult experiences. Compassion matters — for others and for ourselves.

Flowers do not bloom for themselves alone.
Their beauty touches everything around them.
The same is true for us.
When we encourage, nurture, and help others grow, something within us begins to blossom as well.
May we continue to grow together. 🌸✨

Reiki isn’t about “fixing” you.
It’s about creating space for balance, clarity, calm, and reconnection — especially during seasons where life feels heavy, uncertain, or emotionally overstimulating.

There is something so powerful about creating spaces where people can talk honestly about service, caregiving, grief, trauma, dignity, and what it means to accompany another human being through the end of life.
And with Veterans especially, there can be layers of identity, sacrifice, silence, moral injury, resilience, and community that are often unseen. Conversations like this help people feel witnessed. They help caregivers feel less alone. They remind communities that honoring someone is not only about remembering their service — it is also about how we care for them while they are still here.
This particular heart-centered conversation with Dr. Qwynn Galloway-Salazar was deeply meaningful and personal and will leave a lasting impact on myself and for those who joined us.
Thank you Dr Qwynn Galloway-Salazar for joining us and sharing your heart, wisdom and precious time with all of us.

Growth rarely feels comfortable.
There comes a moment in life when staying the same requires more energy than stepping into the unknown. A moment when what once protected us begins to confine us.
Like a flower, we are not meant to stay closed forever.
Whether you are facing a loss, a transition, a new beginning, or simply feeling called toward something more authentic, trust that discomfort is often the first sign of transformation.
The blossom does not open because it is fearless.
It opens because it is ready.
🌿 Trust the process.
🌿 Honor your timing.
🌿 Let yourself bloom.
