Happy Mother’s Day from my mom and I at Hidden Gem Events 🤍

This weekend, I decided to pause our annual Mother’s Day Tea and give ourselves a little space to reset and simply enjoy the season. Spring arrived faster than expected this year, and with so many events and projects ahead, I realized we needed to slow down a bit instead of overfilling the calendar.

We’ve truly loved hosting this tradition and spending time with so many wonderful mothers, daughters, friends, and families over the years, so it was not an easy decision to skip it this season. Sometimes, though, rest and balance are important too.

We’re hopeful that maybe later this summer we can host a smaller, more intimate tea gathering, and we already look forward to bringing back a beautiful Mother’s Day event in the future when we can give it the time and care it deserves.

Yesterday was a beautiful day for an intimate wedding 🤍

Our first roses of the season are finally blooming at the Bungalow and it feels like spring is starting to wake up in downtown Meridian 🌹

One of our favorite parts about staying at the Bungalow is being tucked right into the heart of downtown. You’re just minutes from local restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, parks, and all the little hidden gems that make Meridian feel like home.

Slow mornings with coffee on the porch, evening walks downtown, and fresh roses blooming outside the door. We’re excited for another beautiful season ahead at the Bungalow.

This weekend was full in the best way 🌷

We kicked things off with our May Day cones, gathering in the garden, sharing flowers, and carrying on a tradition that’s all about simple acts of kindness.

Then we had the honor of hosting a special evening with the and , listening to local panelists share stories of growing up on Meridian farms and the history that shaped this community. With special guests the Algers (the original owners of the block) It was one of those nights that really stays with you.

Feeling grateful for this space, these moments, and the people who make them so meaningful. So excited for the happiness that May brings. 🤍

The last of the tulips are blooming at the Tolleth Home 🌷

They always feel like the first real sign of the season changing, and it’s a little bittersweet watching them fade. They’ve been such a simple, beautiful reminder of spring here.

We’ll miss them, but this also means we’re stepping into a new season filled with celebrations, gatherings, and so many special moments ahead in this historic home.
